that is the power move, go and release the handbrake in every loco - you might also have to re-close the MCB

On the 185.2's you will need to turn their battery on before you can operate the electric handbrake you dont need to turn them on any further though. The BR143 you need to just operate its mechanical handbrake.

Then you'll find it runs with relative ease.

This highlights the need for more advanced tutorials given the increased complexity of the locos in TSW compared to TS (which is definitely a good thing).

    More information would be needed.
    Is it a multi unit?
The normal start up procedure is:
    1. Press and hold the battery button for 5 seconds
    2. Move the reverser from off to neutral
    3. Activate the air compressor (left side of the desk)
    4. After the main pressure reaches 5 bar, put the reverser into forward and raise the pantograph. It should be set to auto by default and decide which one to raise by the position of the reverser.
    5. Close the main circuit breaker
    6. Wait for break pressure to rise
    7. Fully apply the brakes
    8. Set brakes to some amount
    9. Release the parking brake at the back panel and set lights
    10. Activate PZB and SiFa if you want
    11. Release brakes and get the train moving
