The Coast Rail Express (COASTER) of San Diego County has a small, but reliable locomotive fleet. The backbone and majority of COASTER's motive power is five F40PHM-2C built by Morrison-Knudsen, now Motive Power Incorporated. Unlike Amtrak's F40s, COASTER's F40s were lengthened to allow for a seperate HEP system that is not directly attached to the prime mover which increases fuel efficiency and savings. As a San Diegan, I would love to have a Coaster F-40 in Train Simulator.

This is a great idea. It would provide more scenario potential on Pacific Surfliner.
