PS5 Tsw4 Pre Order Auto Download

30 mins to go.....still can't download any DLC.....might have fun walking around the training centre????

Contemplating a refund and back to TSW3

 

My advice is to anyone with the problem described here: prepare yourself for a disappointing start to TSW4.... if you ask me, this will cause quite a bit of hassle.

 

Wait till early access begins instead and see if it works then

Not really "churlish" when you pay for something you expect something. Not left behind and can't.....went through this with the port to TSW3 from TSW2 on PS.

 

Nope....still the error.

 

Am hoping at 11 am it’s fixed am using the PS4 version I forgot how bad it is when it comes to crashing

 

Sorry, but this is not DTG's fault at all! in fact, JD and the team are doing their best and such a response is not very nice and just a bit sad.... but you are free to ask for a refund, but believe me you won't get anywhere with an attitude like that far in life. I just call that arrogant...

 

Well i just came home, turned on my PS5 and it downloaded all via the Manage Function. Only thing that irritated me, was that the download for Antelope Valley for example took only seconds for 8,67 GB. I'll see when i play if everything works...

 

It's disappointing but the issues are clearly on Sony's side - it's as if it thinks I'm not allowed to download prior to the start of early access.

Gotta commend JD for responding to my PM quickly after firing over my PSN.

I work in tech support so I know how simple things can go wrong. But we paid to have it earlier than 26/9...

I'm on PS5 and today I was able to download everything except Riesa-Dresden.

 

I get your position and you don't know how much I appreciate DTG for going above and beyond on the PM front. Which I am not going to divulge. Further you don't know enough about me to base that decision on. However I digress....if you pay for something and it doesn't work would you ask for a refund?

I purchased the special edition this time last month and it should have auto downloaded 2 days ago but now EA is live my countdown time is at 00.00.00 and I can't download anything

Humm Game was downloaded days ago however upon booting up there are zero routes just the training center

 

Base game downloading, none of the DLCs working.

 

I spent £42 and I can't even play it for my console! Great work.

 

I've had a case reference from Sony for my issue and have to await some troubleshooting steps to be sent to me

I'm on PS5 with a UK PSN account with the Deluxe Edition. I've managed to install everything apart from the Metrolink Antelope Valley line, East Coast mainline, TSW4 pre-order decal02 and RP Vectron. I've tried uninstalling the BASE game clearing the cache via safe mode and restoring licenses. To get it to its current state, I installed the base game and then tried to install its DLC individually via the manage game, content menu from the options context menu. Each time an install failed I got a generic something went wrong error with the error code CE – 107880–4. I have had no issues installing the PS4 version on my PS5, only the PS5 native version.

 

For anybody who wants to play it on PS5 will have to download the PS4 version.

I don't know if it's coincidence or not but I can now download.

Not sure if it's triggered by the fact my only way to get through to an agent at PlayStation on digichat was the refund pre-order option or if it's off the back of DTG raising this with them but it looks okay...

Ah. Appears to download if you go on the PlayStation website and do it from there.

I don’t see none of the dlc form tsw3 to tsw4

 

i had everything downloaded 2 days ago, and now i have to re-download all the addons on PS5

 

The game loads fine on my PS5 but when I choose a route all I get is Training Centre and nothing else

 

if your still waiting try now, mine has just become available to download.

Finally downloaded through website, new picture. Shows ps5 and ps4 version. Now having to download all the dlc
