Hello Everybody , I want to introduce you the Black Forest Railway ( Schwarzwaldbahn ) , wich was opend at the 10. November 1973 . The Core Route Begins in Offenburg an ends in Villingen - Schwenningen ( 86 Kilometer ; South Germany ) Today , the BR 146.2 and the "Dostos" ( same like in the Main Spessart Bahn ) drive on the route in the Person Traffic . The small BR 650 drives from Offenburg to Hornberg . And some times there drives an BR 101 as Inter City Service . The Shunter Service and some Freigt Trains where driven by the BR 294 Diesel Loco . So there is nice Traffic and some of The Trains where allready finish in the Simulation . You can find more informations here : http://schwarzwaldbahn.net/ ( German Website ) For a litte impression here are some Pictures : Pictures Copyright by www.http://schwarzwaldbahn.net/ I Hope you like the Idea , Greetings Manuel
Looks really cool and the altitude change makes it a whole lot more interesting. Also the BR 101 is one of my favourite locomotives. We might need diesel engines to be affected by altitude because the locomotive power surely drops a bit.
I would really like to see this in TSW! it is actually pretty easy for TSW to make, as the Dosto's and BR146 are already in there... a BR101 with the white intercity wagons would be cool as well... the scenery looks amazing! +1, I support this!
I forgot it yesterday … the BR 185 is on the Road to , for the Heavy Freigt Trains … So more than the half of the needed Trains for this Route are already exist in TSW ;-) Greetings Manuel
And Again , the last Months where some nice Trains , wich are driven over the Route ... So you see its Atractiv for Younger and older Train Fans ;-)
I've played the route in Train Simulator and it's a pretty interesting route. But I already have too many modern German electrified passenger routes in my collection. If this route comes with some older rolling stock, I'd probably buy it. If it features even more modern stuff, I'll pass.
My god, this is an old suggestion . It does look quite good though. I have to agree with Purno on this one. More modern German electric content (definetely the TRAXX + Dosto) isn't what the game needs at this moment (this of course wasn't the case at the moment this suggestion was made). Personally I'd love it set in the '90s, just because that is my favourite era of German railroading, but anything with somewhat older rolling stock would be great! Absolutely love these pictures by the way!
Years Ago , without the Elektrification the BR V200 was at Home on this route . This would be nice too ... In The Picture ( from a nostalgic Trip over the Schwarzwaldbahn 2018 ) you can see the BR V 200 , wich was typical for this route
Bring it on and if you are wondering if there are videos of the route on Matt's channel of the Train Sim version. First is DB BR118 2nd DB BR232 DR DDR BR132 Russia 2TE109 3rd is DB BR155 To sum it up what you are actually doing is bringing in another requested train simulator 22 route on TSW2
