So, where do I begin. TSW4 Set 1 is completed 100% without fail and I managed to get a very quick platinum trophy. At least that worked. But not much of a challenge, the first game was a grinding nightmare and I’m one of the few who managed a platinum. It’s as if they couldn’t care, same with TSW3. Then we we have Group 01 There are a few trophies in here with confusing information. ALV: Action! - Complete Scenario A on Antelope. VBRG: Crossing Boarders - Complete Scenario A on Voralbeg What are A scenarios? Then we next have Group 0 (no group 02) lol Only 3 trophies in this group and they all messed up. 2 trophies have the same requirements but different names, And another complete scenario A which I have no idea what these mean. I haven’t looked any further than group 01 & 0 So there we go, Where is group 02? What’s “A “ scenarios? Where is Set 2? Why duplicate requirements? I feel we gonna have another trophy nightmare again. This is TSW4 on PS5
I also play on PS5 and don’t have these issues. I see a group 02 and the scenarios have the correct name. However, when you open the PS4 version of TSW4 on PS5, there is indeed a problem with the scenario names (scenario A).
no group 2 for me just group 01 then 0 (which I think is group 2) and the actually plat says complete all trophies in TSW3! Spelling errors lots of them and a clearly copy and paste with the trophies they will need to update these!
PS5 TSW4 is also missing trophies that the xbox has in terms of achievements as it has no get 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 gold medals. If feels like they have messed up the trophies big time
Most important is that they work. But I fear the big problems there will come with the old DLC next week. In my opinion they should leave trophies for old DLC behind, no one wants to go for them again and again and again. I would prefer more trophies/achievements on current version DLC like we had much more route and loco trophies on TSW2...
Yes I have said this before they should scrap trophies for legacy dlc and give us more for the new content launching a game with over 200 achievements / trophies who knows how many will be broken. We don't need to keep doing all scenarios for Great Western every time a new version launches
I don’t think they can remove the trophies from older DLC. I think Matt said once it’s a requirement by Sony/Microsoft for them to be there. I might have dreamt that though.
Either way it's a mess. Ive never seen a game series with as much trophy bugs as this, i love the games, but it's so annoying they cant and wont fix these.
but the older dlc sometimes had 10 trophies then dropped down to 3 so they can remove them unless they mean they have to have a token amount perhaps ?
Second and third the suggestion of old DLC not having any trophies. adding screens for DTG to see how awful it looks. TSW3 plat? And the flying Scotsman just a mess.
I say it again, dtg really don't put the effort in with trophies anymore. Bring back the 10k one. As well as for dlc, 1) complete x amount of services, 2) route level 10 and 3) collectables. The complete 1 certain scenario or do a specific 5 min training module is utter guff
I think it took me about 8 hours to platinum. Part of me would like a long term challenge (like 10k miles), but not really fussed and doesn't stop me from playing. Descriptions not being accurate should be sorted, but triggered them and moved on. More consistency between routes and greater challenge for gold trophies would be nice, but not vital to my enjoyment.
With all the recent updates and patches etc and considering the flying Scotsman is now a DLC to purchase…. The trophy set is still ugly for it. Group name and duplicate wording. Be glad when sorted, OCD levels at 110% over this
And i thought it was just me about the trophies, i've ended up making an excel spreadsheet just to keep up to what trophies are for what actual piece of content and if they are achievable for me with a list of all the content i own and what % i can get to with what i have etc.
