As titled I got it through founders edition awhile back, I think this issue happened the last time with TSW3 and or TSW2
AtherianKing / Ensor42 - Please submit a support ticket with a copy of your purchase receipt. r4g3nony - TSW 4 doesn't launch till 18:00 UTC+1 and compatible content will be manually rolled out from that time. Therefore, it may not all be available immediately. gergonemes - TSW 3 bundles won't be available on TSW 4. However, the individual components of that bundle will be available separately.
I ain’t sure Microsoft online receipts go back to about 2018. Edit: Another post from JD said it should be resolved by Microsoft sometime about Tomorrow or after, if it doesn’t resolve I’ll submit a support ticket and see if the receipt can be traced back
Precisely, and it's faintly ridiculous to have to deal with this same ownership issue every single time these add-ons are repackaged for a new TSW release.
I think it should be fine without needing to do anything, just have to wait till Microsoft get back sometime tomorrow or later, if not then that’s when it will need it.
Its new journeys and rapid transit for me like ensor said every time used be gwr for me and rapid transit now just rapid transit and new journeys have added onto the list tbh u get to the point im used to it

I am also missing the freshly activated Rapid Transit and BR182 from ingame. The DLC apears in my Steam DLC list. Any explanation why DLC is missing? I got this in order to get some Railjet/OBB IC/Railjet formations going on Voralberg but since you can only select liveries in scenario planner and some formations do not even exist or cant be created this is useless.
My Rapid Transit xbox dlc just got deleted from my account while I own the dlc since tsw2020 founders edition! I could play this route perfectly fine a few days ago on tsw4. It all transferred fine from tsw2 and 3. Now I cannot play the route while it is still installed I also bought the br 182 loco and its no where to be found in my tsw 2020. I supported a ticket. Anyone else has this problem? Please help me out.
Still not solved. I am still in a Ticket with DTG at the moment. But everything goes really slow. I want to play my route and br 182 train Also people should get NEC tsw4 for free of they have bought the old tsw1 upgrade pack back in the day. That pack contained RT and NEC.
