Something more seems to be rolling out on Steam; upon restarting Steam, I've been receiving additional downloads. The store entries are still incorrect, but those took a while to settle down yesterday, too. I'll wait another few hours and then survey what (if anything) is still missing. (Thanks, everyone who's working on this with Valve; it sounds annoying and unpredictable.) Editing to add: missing DLC is definitely populating now. Notably, New York-Trenton now shows as owned in the in-game store. Good news!
Not home yet to see if it's downloaded, but the Steam app on my iPhone is now showing that I own the TSW4 version of Trenton! Fingers crossed...

DTG JD, thankyou. My missing DLCS have download but my dlc list isnt showing them yet. Hope that will be arranged soon
Rhein Ruhr Osten just came in for me... also shows in the dlc list after restarting Steam. All good now and TSW 3 has been terminated to free up disc space.

Everything is complete and downloaded for me now. Listings of purchased items in the Steam Store's DLC list are still incorrect, but that seems to take extra time to settle down. I think I'm set! If you still don't have all the downloads, be sure to completely exit Steam and then start it up again, rather than just closing the window or minimizing to the taskbar. It makes a difference in whether Steam recognizes the presence of the DLC.
All DLC now installed at my end. Thanks to whoever worked with Steam to fix this, I get the feeling there are quite a few people burning the midnight oil at DTG Towers this week and if it helps at all, I'm having a very nice time with TSW4 so far thanks . As others have said, be sure to do a proper restart of Steam every now and then.
Hey thanks for the personal response! It seems to be downloading after restart. can you confirm that it will also be marked as bought in the future or is this up to Valve? because I have so many dlc that I have no way to check if all is download and usable now. except for steam marking it as bought xD Thanks again for the hard work and amazing game! Love it already
Never realised that...so I brought it for nothing then as I got extended when I purchased tsw 3 last year. That kinda sucks really
As of 1730 CDT, everything I own, new and old, seems to be Installed in my Steam library. All's well that ends well. Thanks to the CMs and who all worked on this huge project.
Steam just download the missing dlc. If anyone can't see dlc in the library, please restart steam. Everything is in the game right now, and game runs smoothly. Thank you DTG.
everything is good now and is marked as bought! Probably Steam that needed tot rescan for owned content or something. thanks so much for the personal approach! Love the train sim community! ^^
