Have read this is an issue, but feel very surprising that in my case no one is able to port in TSW4, i have double account, may be this cause this issue? And is affect Ps4 player as well?

Hello Jan, thank you for helping, i'm on playstation store, have follow the procedures and tried to download one compatible route for free, but got a error message that say "this content not avaiable at moment. Photo upload, so i'm waiting for updates
Have finally solved by using the main account were have buyed all dlc from TSW3 to import in TSW4. So have discovered that using 2 accounts, you have to import all dlc from 3 by only using the account were all dlc have buyed, so you cannot import it from second account of PS4
