Dovetail Live I Need Help. Livery Files.

Please can anyone help me desperately,,,I have so much to deal with due to the amount of liveries I have that I am now getting myself into a twist and keel doubting myself.
It’s frustrating me as it’s a lot to explain but will try give a out line so as I paint a clear picture of the situation I am in.

Please bare with tho as I try explain.

Firstly what I am trying to achieve is transferring all my liveries onto TSW4. Now as it stands I have the core game downloaded on my PS4. I am waiting for a PS5 to arrive and also with a few issues on release I thought I’d give it a day or two to work it self out wait and then once the PS5 arrives transfer my DLCs as this I have not done on release even tho I have the game on pre release.

Now the tricky part as the issue consists of 3 PS accounts and I think 4 DTL accounts across the 3 PS accounts.

And so while at this point explain why this is the case.
TSW2 and save space was the main cause and my rush to continue making liveries as I had ran out of space on TSW2 ACC A DTL1. Ill place the coding like this to help keep track during this long thread.

So on this first original TSW2 I made several liveries. Let’s say we take TSLP11 37 510 for example.
I made one as it stands a F1 L1. But then once uploaded I thought if I’d make another livery I could then upload that also. But F1 L1 was fine when uploaded but the L2 was essentially F1 so on the system users would see two different liveries but for only one file. So conflicting files.

Also due to finding out that anything I did try update to put right at this early stage would not take effect as TSW2 had a upload fault and only with TSW4 I hear it’s now been fixed. (I’ll get back to this).

Now getting back to the other files and accounts. So what I then done was use other PS user account on my console as to open them up for my kids if they so wished to play TSW.
I couldn’t help myself to then start marking liveries then with this new TSW2 ACC B DTL2. Until I ran out of save space on this account also.

So I made a new PS user account and new DTL account so we now at TSW2 ACC C DTL3.
So on TSW2 we have 3 PS4 accounts and 3 DTL accounts. Okay.

But then I have a new problem with my email and unable to use this email for any type of recovery for a DTL account.
So when returning to the game after a few months I had to log back into TSW3 on all accounts too.
At this moment I am talking about my main PS user account and where all DLCs are purchased from etc.
I can’t get back into TSW3 on the original DTL account as unable to recover due to email so can not get access to emails to reset password.

So what I have done is signed into my TSW3 ACC A with DTL3. Not DTL1 as on TSW2. With this my work is now separated from TSW2 ACC A DTL1,,the original DTL account.
This I accept and I understand anything I make on TSW3 accounts for ACC C DTL3 will be on ACC A now I’m logged in to DTL3 on ACC A.

BUT WHY AN LOOKING ON TSW4 DO I HAVE 122 LIVERIES FROM ALL ACCOUNTS. PS ACCOUNTS?

As TSW2 and TSW3 work from ACC B DTL2 and ACC C DTL3 are now with ACC A DTL3 on TSW4.
Remember I haven’t downloaded any DLCs just using the core TSW4 Deluxe Edition,,,even tho it says I have the Standard Edition. I do have all that comes with the Deluxe edition but why say I have the Standard?.

So I get why the other ACC A DTL3 and ACC C DTL3 would marry up as on same DTL accounts now but why do I have a completely different user accounts liveries if I have not added this second account ACC B DTL2. Yes it’s still my work but been done on another PS account. I am confused here.

This is why I really hope to speak to someone at DTG and go over this as I feel it does affects players on CC especially my old work. And why I reached out to one of your ambassadors but didn’t get much joy when asking this simple question,,WILL FILES I MANAGE TO GET MY HANDS ON TSW4 if I work on them will they cancel out old files etc. For if not then for users on TSW2 that don’t have TSW4 or TSW3 I may have to delete the old uploads and then start from fresh.
As my hands are stuck doing more duplicate liveries now due to save space on TSW2.
And in order to give the users what they see on CC I need to fix my old files for them users before moving on to new things.
It’s holding me back immensely but I don’t want to forget my old work as it will reflect back on me.

Because take 66 227 “City of Manchester” I done in remembrance for what happened. I feel so stupid that such a important livery has been spoilt due to my errors yet endlessly tried to find away around fixing it but without deleting it off CC to start again. But I can not due to errors on TSW2 and TSW3 that has given me such difficulty when it should be just as simple as reloading a new livery over the old.

A years and half nearly filling my work as to keep track of 200 or so liveries as to make sure I knew what was what and could instantly react if trying to track liveries and what state on CC they are in. All catalogued with codes like TSLP1F1YWL23981NF3ED. All 200 are like this.

So please please please I know I can go on,,,I know I seem a little crazy the way I go on but I really am passionate about my work,,,it’s all I have after Covid took my life away. Editing is my life,,,it’s all I do,,,and yes it breaks my heart about the new editing due to the very complexity of my liveries I can’t keep track now with this new one especially with freezing etc I just lose track and make me feel nervous as I want to be control of my work but feel I can’t if I can’t concentrate on the jobs at hand.

I feel bad as I haven’t made any new liveries on TSW4 in 3 Days just been completing TSW2 and TSW3 and TSW4. All completed,,before hopefully getting settled with TSW4 start editing if it gets fixed and just be happy.

So again I am reaching out the best I can,,,please please I need some assistance.
