Hoo Junction yard has left me stranded a couple of times ... i can get out and get in, but cannot then get a new path ... The yard spur red yard lights seem to be a Red wall to me ... building beyond them did not work well for the little siding pair at Dartford. The possible paths seem to be in two sets, one E-W and one N-S although the map shows junctions that can take me from Hoo going west and then switching to North. Oh, getting down from cab i have NO compass. Oy. robert hanging in there
I wonder why my changing ends and insert of reverser to setup that end leaves my loco still facing the other way because i am using BR Class 66. And changing ends finds the other end with field generator ON when i climb in, as if it was not set right when last a driver got down from that end. I always set a loco Field Gen to off when i shut down that end to leave or to switch ends. Am i mistaken in the procedure ?? Help here would be much appreciated as Hoo Junction should be the great gift in Southeastern HS route that should just keep on giving even under Unreal Engine 5.n in next August TSW5 .... thanx
