I’m really disappointed, we have now Friday, 29 of September, three day after the release of TSW4 and still I don’t have received the DLC Luzern – Sursee. Indeed This DLC is in my TSW3 library but doesn’t appear in my TSW4 library. So where is the fault? I paid for a DLC and I can’t use it. I wrote some reports in this forum and in the other one called TSW4 Troubleshooting and guides. No results til the moment. Slowly I’m loosing my patience.
Best way is to raise a support ticket. Far more effective than posting in the forum. The couple of times I’ve had stuff missing, that got it resolved in a couple of days.
