Lidar Sources

Is there any sort of list of database or list out there for which countries have publicly available LIDAR data and where it can be downloaded?

 

If you look in this doc you can find the link to lidar data of some countries.

 

I did find some for Wales yesterday (will have to post link later) but not very practical as it is in tiny, tiny packets of 250m x 250m which cannot be bulk selected and in turn each one unzipped yielded about 10 asc files.
