0930 Leipzig-Connewitz - Magdeburg in a Talent 2, passed a clear steady green immediately north of Greppin and got a penalty application. Reran the service and the same thing happened. It hasn't happened to me in the 182 or 767 yet. I've also captured the original incident on-stream and can post the link and a note of the time it happens if it helps.
