TSW4 "Import Profile" from TSW 3 did not show when I first installed TSW4, nor am I able to bring it up when following recently published procedures to do it after the original install. Running Windows 11 on high powered system with plenty of memory. TSW3 is and has been installed for over a year with no problems. Would like to move on with TSW4 but hate to lose all in my profile. Can profile be copied by movement a file from 3 to 4? Is there any way to force TSW4 to restart with "Import Profile" screen showing as was supposed to happen on first install. Any help would be appreciated.
I'm having the exact same issue. Just bought a new computer, installed TSW4, not given the option to import profile. I can log into Dovetail Live as per normal, but the only option presented is to create a new profile. I've been playing for years, am at level 600 or 700, and hate to think all that is gone. Why does this have to be so difficult. Anyone have any ideas? I tried reinstalling TSW 3, so I could import it as I did when TSW4 came out, but once again my existing profile was gone and the only option was to create another level 1.
