[resolved] Rsn Br 363 Scenario "trunk Service" Still Broken On Tsw4

I was pleasantly surprised after the DLC carried over into the new game how reliably the trophies we're popping when they should considering the absolute horror show in TSW3.

Jumping into RSN, completed a scenario, no trophy pop, realised I forgot about the broken scenario for the br 363, "Trunk Service". Tried it, still broken... through 3 iterations of this game this scenario has been incompletable... just amazing.

Also, don't know if this is a damming sign, but, why is there no feedback thread for older content than TSW4/3 in the feedback forum!!? Logging tickets is good an all, but, the response is always the same.

 

The same thing happened to me, was hoping this would be fixed by now... unbelievable. All they (seemingly) need to do is put a driver in the frozen passenger train and yet the devs continue to neglect what is otherwise (in my opinion) one of the better German routes in TSW.

 

Wait, was this scenario not fixed already? Or did they just make it so you can progress further, but still get stuck at one point?

But on the topic of broken RSN scenarios, one of the 155 runs also have a section where you have a Go Via instruction right in front of a signal. The signal remains red until you go through the Go Via point. Seeing the Go Via instruction, you don't plan on stopping stopping, so the red signal 'out of nowhere" is a big surprise, ending the run.

And then people wonder why people are fed up with TSW re-releasing as TSW4 when we still have broken, unplayable content from TSW1 and TSW2...

 

The really fun part is the fact that "Trunk Service" did (and still does) work correctly in TSW2. You just had to advance a tiny bit towards the red for reverse detection and get a green.

What is indeed outraging is that these DLC with (now) broken content are still sold on all platforms without fixes. But, heaven forbid, you call it a "cash grab" ...

 

Can DTG JD or DTG Alex look into this with the developer?

 

I suspect that G6 scenario (part of its Journey) on RRO is still the same.

The DTG Flywheel spins inexorably...

 

Wished I saw this thread before I started up this scenario about 30 mins ago. Indeed, still bugged… DTG Matt can you take a look at this, please?

 

Tried this scenario a couple times, but always got stuck on red light after connecting first wood wagons and stopping at reverse point.
Decided to search the internet for an answer and then I ended up here. So I think I can join in the fun with you all here and tell that Trunk Service scenario for BR 363 is till bugged on TSW4.

Why is this being ignored by DTG??

 

From recent patch notes:

• Fixed a red light issue during the ‘Trunk Service’ scenario on PS5 that prevented completion.

Could this finally be it? Did they actually fixed it? By any chance, anyone managed to test this out?

At last! I just completed it on PC, so the fix isn't only for PS5.

 

Confirmed. Fixed and playable now. After all these years ...

 

Fixed (and I think shortened) on Xbox TSW4 too. The RSN "Valley Veteran" achievement is mine!

Fixed on TSW4, still broken on TSW3 (Xbox)
