Thank you DTG & fellow screen-shotters. It's a privilege to have been chosen from such an impressive field.
I'd like to congratulate the devs on TSW 4. I , like many, was sceptical having to get my wallet out again only within 12 months of TSW 3! But the raft of improvements- to numerous to mention here- I think does merit this new edition.

Ok, I'll mention 3: Obviously, photo mode ( adding 1hour to every service!). Mixing it with traffic in free roam.
And, did you know you don't have to stop now at scheduled stations? If you can't be bothered you just cruise on by.
You'll just get 'objective failed', passengers bitchin and possible adverse signals now adding,I feel, to the replay ability of the game .

I thought the person with the most likes would win? I'm I missing something? Did the rules change where the developers could just choose who wins? Not to be angry at you guys but I really thought I was going to win and have my first shot on the loading screen!

 

That's what most people think, "most likes by the community surely should win..." but that's not always entirely true

It's not always the one with the most likes but it can be the screenshot which either looks the best or catches DTG's eye as a really good screenshot instead

 

All it says in the rules is that "we will choose which screenshots will go to the loading screens"

Not entirely sure where the whole "most likes = wins" comes from if I'm honest. Does it happen on other screenshots competitions on other games?

To be fair, your screenshot is also quite good as well!

I can only imagine having the unenviable task of selecting a winner every week - perhaps that is part of why DTG Jamie's holiday is "well deserved".

 

Aah, welp, something new, it's probably gonna spoil me Everytime I get a bunch of likes thinking in gonna win. Thanks for letting me know, I really thought I was gonna win with 18 likes lol.

 

Sometimes it is voted on most likes, sometimes it isn't

 

I also noticed that you couldn't spawn the DB BR 182 individually, so I spawned the DB BR 101 with IC cars and also the DB BR 182 with double-deck cars and then decoupled the BR 101 from the IC cars and removed via (9) map... the same thing with the 182 with the double-decker cars. The problem was that the DB BR 182 didn't want to run without AFB.

 

whats worse is that in TSW3 you could spawn every, EVERY single vehicle RVD seperately with godmode, but now in TSW4 there are so many formations MISSING, pretty much only those from the freeroam spawning are there now, so no more light locos of anything, no more middle cars of any EMU seperately spawnable, I feel scammed, but as long as the game is still partially fun its alright. bruh what am I baffeling about
