Just wanted to say that the 158 still has not have diesel smoke even on the new tsw4 route pls fix pls. Also the F125 AND AZUMA THE FANS ON ROOFS NOT ROTATING WHY NOT ESPECIALLY BEING A TRAIN SIMULATOR I FEEL THIS IS AN IMMERSION BREAKER FOR ME because i love to see all the train moving parts. PLS PLS PLS FIX PLS. I HAVE DONE TICKETS BUT HAVE NOT HAD A REPLY.
Please chill with the caps, it comes off as yelling. The tickets can take a long time to get a reply because there are only so many people on their team to respond to them. Please be patient, as that's the only way they can officially respond to bugs and other issues. TSW4 is still pretty new and bugs/growing pains are to be expected. This was the same around the release of TSW 3. There's definitely room for criticism directed towards DTG's response to fixing bugs they don't consider game-breaking (which this would be included under because you can still play the game without fans moving and many players will not notice it) but yelling/begging on the forum in all caps is not going to change either the corporate culture or how fast they respond to your ticket. I think we're all capable of being adults about the issues we encounter in the game and bringing them up respectfully.
Just going to politely request that you learn Internet etiquette and DO NOT USE CAPITAL LETTERS FOR EVERY WORD it makes it unreadable and comes across as shouting.
