Add Content For Route Canadian Pass In A Scenario

I am not able to determine the asset to select to be able to add ES44 from Canadian Pass in a scenario, using scenario editor. Does anyone know which asset I need to select/enable?
For background, I tried DTG, Kuju, RSC with no success. I tried opening an existing scenario in editor (without saving changes) to examine things again with no success.

It's made by Milepost so look for that in the dev list

 

I believe in the asset list it shows up in the "JL" folder. Try looking there.
