Been meaning to do a little ATS haul recently. Grab a sub, OHLE and your on track plant items. Seems like a good time to do it with the MPV on sale as originally I was just getting the tamper but might aswell use the sale and splurge a bit on the mpv!
Yes, it is indeed a sale, but the discounts on most of the RSSLO routes are much smaller than in previous sales. My advice is to wait until one of the regular sales and hopefully get the more usual 40% discounts.

I’d be surprised to see any DTG in the forthcoming Halloween sale as there have been individual DTG sales these last four weeks. If you want DTG content, you may have to wait until the Steam Black Friday sale on the last weekend of November. Last year in the Steam Halloween sale there was no DTG content. However you will probably be able to pick up Sim Rail Simulator at a reasonable discount.
That makes no sense lol. If the discount is much lower than previous sales why would you wait for a regular sale
Do you not realize how excited I now am????? I bought both the Tamper & MPV on first day release and have enjoyed them muchly since day 1. These upgrades are just going to be immense, the updated MPV cab already looks stunning, and I can't wait until the additional (NR Camera train, NR OHLE train, SBB Fire & Rescue train) units become available, that is just a mind blowing addition to our sim. Nobody, but nobody (bar yourself), has ever ventured into this side of TSC rail operations to the high standard you are setting, and it is very much welcomed and appreciated. I even hawk back to I believe an IHH designed, fully scripted working crane which has fallen into the abyss. The whole maintenance / repair side of TSC is a mostly ignored (maybe boring for some) area of the TSC community, but in the real world without these units, not a single Passenger / Freight operation would be able to use the rails they run on. I personally really enjoy a break from the norm and run an occasional RHTT / Camera / and as for a Crane rescue ...... well don't go there. LOL Hopefully we may start to see more scenarios being designed specifically for these terrific type of units, as opposed to just seeing them as "parked in the sidings Ai" where they are a complete waste of the talent / time /dedication you have put into creating these amazing complex piece of DLC for us to all enjoy. yes sir... it´s a little old, but a good route and it expands much further than TSW one. Goes over to Switzerland and beyond Bludenz. One of the advantages TSC still has over TSW: the routes are longer.

Interesting observation... and FYI. It's not shown as discounted but the JT LNER V2 on Steam now seems to be going for £8.49, sure it was £13 or £14 the other day. However nothing else in my wishlist is shown at a lower price. At that price I shall grab it later.

Well, unfortunately the full price in my currency hasn't changed since the beginning. It's around twice as high as in the rest of the Europe... I'm surprised the Shanghai Maglev route isn't included in the Chinese Steam sale! Even though, I've tried the route and it's absolute garbage, no offence! It's not even worth being a payware route either.. But the point is that it should be part of the Chinese Steam sale! WHY isn't it??

Which route are you referring to? I also never mentioned anything about a highly detailed route with stock! If you're thinking about the NSW Southern Main route then it's not planned for distribution, it's only a private route at this stage. I did mention that if everything goes well, I will consider to release the route as freeware and without stock. If everything goes wrong, I won't ever see the daylight of being released.
