New Trains Comming Showed On Official Video! (debunked)

I have just watched this official DTG video:



There you can see new trains and other with changes!

> BR 423 with a different paint scheme
> ICE 1 with Cab car
> New steam locomotive
> Alstom Coradia EMU on different scheme. May be of a new country or private company!

 

ICE 2? the ICE 1 has no cab cars.

also could you please provide small screenshots (if you happen to use windows, try win+shift+s) so I don't have to rewatch the entire video? I only skipped through it in 5 seconds skips but didnt expect new stuff to appear

those look like real pictures. the ICE 1 is definetly not a cab car, and the, I believe it's called Miero? at the top picture MIGHT be a tease to the next upcoming german route, but probably not.

 

Could possibly make sense if S-Bahn Rhein Main is coming, 420 was used their until 2014. As we know TSG has one in the making...

 

And we know what he did with the 628

This took me as a surprise, and I had to get out, but before wrote about this great news, and do not remember which ICE have the cab car.

If it is not the cab car, then which could be the news for the ICE 1?

 

I mean, PC players have something to be excited for...

(hopefully, but surely including the cab car aswell)

 

As to the Alstom Coradia, -great to have a modern EMU - is from a private company HLB - Hessische Landesbahn - a regional train, owned by the German state of Hesse, based in Frankfurt am Main.

So probably, there will be a route on that part of Gemany.

Then we will have the BR 423 with special scheme for that route as showed, plus the 420.
Of course I guess all the classic Dostos and other freight trains we already have, be available there too.

 

Checking Alsthom webpage, I found the following important information about the Coradia for that company!

These are the routes they will operate:

• Line RB37: Kirchain to Frankfurt Central Station via Marburg and Giessen
• Line RB40: Dillenburg to Frankfurt Central Station via Gießen
• Line RB41: Schwalmstadt to Frankfurt Central Station via Treysa and Giessen
• Line RB49: Giessen to Hanau Central Station via Freidburg

Then as you can see, a route to Frankfurt Central Station, will be on TSW4!
And one of the other destinations, will be the other end of the route.

The Steamer could be a DR BR 50 or 52. The workhorses of german steam.

 

According to Alsthom...these trains will start operation on December 2023!
So it will be a brand new service!
Then probably we could get the route at that time too!
So on both - real and sim operations- it will start to run them.

 

Another modern EMU on yet another German commuter route doesn't really interest me. The 4024 on Vorarlberg was just boring after a short while.
No point in doing another steam loco, regardless of country, unless it's accompanied by a radical redesign or improvement on how steam traction works in TSW.

 

The first image looks very TSW-like. The others might be real-life though.

 

The BR 423 indicates "Bahn Rhein Main", which is based also on Frankfurt Main HBf.
So that one, and the HLB are based on that Main terminal station too!.

Then those 2 trains will be on that route.

Of course I guess all the other common trains, like ICE, Dostos, will be available on that route.
I am not sure about freight. But hopes be included too.

Well I agree with you somehow.
But about trains on "real world", you have mostly 4 options:

> Passenger trains:

- Regional ones, stopping on so many stations
- Intercity / High speed ones, being fast ones, with few stops.

> Freight trains:

- Transport goods from one point to another of a route.
- Shunting

So, it will depend on the timetables or Scenarios, being created and the traffic around.
Free roam it is useful for creating alternatives.

 

Well... I mentioned that, due to the HSL train company uses the biggest train terminal in Germany.
So I "guessed" it will be included on the route.
It will be great, and it deserves it!.

But it could happen the route ends before Frankfurt, on another relative large station.

All what I have mentioned, is the result of searching information, about the trains, the company, and the route they runs.

 

Ok I'm hyped. Hope it will not turn out badly...

Well, aren't really trains I would be interested in anyway. So somewhat glad this probably is not a real leak, as it would be quite a boring lineup in my opinion.

 

But why RMV and the Br 52? The HLB, the S-Bahn and the Br52 are all just right in the corner and running in Frankfurt. This can't be just a coincidence. Here's a Screenshot to understand:

I really enjoy these videos, Matt!
People are always going to follow each and every possible hint at new content (even if it’s obviously not a hint at all). Don’t worry about it, it’s just part of the deal. Reminds me a bit of the speculation surrounding GTA 6, which is constantly reaching new levels of *crazy*

Edit: A bit more on GTA. Here in Germany, we had a guy who ran onto the stage of some random television talk show to ask the hosts when GTA 6 is coming out. It’s that crazy indeed

Ach, sieh mal einer an! Dann sind wir ja fast schon Nachbarn Aber ehrlich, es wäre echt super wenn ihr den RMV oder die HLB mit ins Programm nehmen würdet. Der TSW ist einfach eine der besten Simulationen, die ich bisher spielen durfte, weiter so! Lieben Gruß aus Bad Homburg!

 

I think from my view on it, it wouldn't even make sense, why they should leak anything so obviously at this moment in time.

The new german DLC Maintalbahn is not even officially announced yet, just confirmed. Why would they bring people's attention then to a different content and make them speculating about it?

That does not make sense for me. It's just not the right moment in time yet.

Anyhow, I think it speaks as a pro for DTG that real pictures could be counted/confused as game graphics. For a game developer, this is probably one of the best compliments you can make. It's also because of the filters, they used on the real pictures which look very like the filters in Photo mode. But anyway, it's weird that real pictures can look like if they were made in a game, isn't it?

 

I can completely understand if you are more interested in steam locomotives. I have nothing against to say about that.

However, a lot of people like new modern EMU trains and also german commuter routes. The only problem is that there is an inbalance between old and new trains in TSW, which to a certain degree is relatable considering the creation of a vintage route with steam locos probably needed to be in a different era and is simply harder to create than a new route with modern trains. Also, I guess obtaining sounds would be a lot harder for these trains than it even is for the new ones.

I also would like to see more vintage routes, however not if modern trains come too short for it. And I personally can't get enough of commuters. Also a lot of other people expecting more german commuter (S-Bahn) lines, yet. For example, the one in Frankfurt as proposed here or one in Berlin.

Rockstar has literally no more excuses left to delay GTA:VI any further. It will be for sure announced until new new years eve. Giving this leaked forecast for their increased sales in the tax year 24/25, it just need to be released in 2024, probably just before christmas.

GTA actually turned out to be the exact opposite of a game series in comparison to releasing new games than TSW. But yeah, 11 years is long enough, so to a certain degree I can understand this guy running on stage.

There were also another weird fan action, where a player or player group wanted to drive the in game highways until Rockstar announces GTA:VI. Don't know how that ended, as I lost traction of this action, but probably isn't worth anymore after a few months and everybody needs to agree how hard Rockstar can be keeping everything secret.

However, I don't quite know whether this is a good strategy. Many players played GTA:V and Online to an endless and exhausting amount, so much that many player (like me) abandoned it and maybe be fed up with the franchise.

 

Maintalbahn has been announced and confirmed. There's even a release window. There's just no release date.

 

Didn't know that DTG is even looking to hire people in their german office. How many germans actually work there? I thought it were just you and Jan, who do all the german stuff.
