I'm playing trainsimulator and TSW for years now and use a controller for driving and a streamdeck for keys like SIFA, PZB, doors, lights and all other stuff. So I had the idea to complete my hardware setup by a programmable footswitch for the SIFA. To my surprise, they are all relatively cheap. I chose this one: There are cheaper ones but I chose this one because it is not so tall and around the switch itself there is a "frame" where I can rest my large foot so that the movement to press the SIFA switch is minimal only. After purchase you download a software from PCsensor so that you can program the switch with one key. Just had my first trip on Bremen-Oldenburg and it works fine ! DEEPLY RECOMMENDED !
I use a Stream Deck Foot Pedal for SIFA, DSD,etc., as it was recommended by DTG Matt a while back. Yours does more or less the same thing for a lot less money!
Been wanting something like this but never actually looked, so this is good to know that something like this is actually available. I'll add it to my xmas want list from 'er indoors
