Instead of or as a compliment to raising support tickets, could there be a 'screen shot' bug reporting tool? Like an adaptation of Photo Mode / Upload Screen shot, takes an image, then like the 'Drivers logbook' / upload to DTG profile for screen shots, gathers all the information about the route / service etc. Plus allows the user to enter more details of the issue. Then with all of this data, it would help to manage the issues and filter / group similar reports / eliminate duplicates etc. Thoughts please
Yup. Seems there's a point in the process where communication is filtered/breaks down. It resonates with the commentary we sometimes hear about individuals from DTG promising to feed X,Y,Z back to "insert team name here", the implication being that the teams responsible for fixing stuff (if such a team exists, I have my doubts), are insulated from the process and only work on stuff prioritised by previously aforementioned personalities. Just a guess, but if its on point its a pretty dysfunctional way of working.
I've never heard of Subnautica, but by the looks of things, then possibly. But this I'd hope would speed the process up. In essence an improvement to the issue management process through the employment of a tool that assists in bringing more clarity.
Yeah its a good idea definitely. I can just say that my hopes wouldn't be much bigger if this was implemented. Seeing as you can write the most extensive bug report via support ticket and it'll still end up as "Our team will look into it, thanks" Maybe just my personal frustration though
Yeah, having a button that takes a screenshot, has a textbox and has coordinates auto attached would make it MUCH easier to fix scenery issues.
