PS4 How To Spawn Train In Free Roam?

Tried free roam on Voralberg route, saw a video on yt that say press triangle to spawn trains but when doing it nothing happens, play offline. Am i doing something wrong or only work by using internet connection?

 

I press the left on the D pad for my PS5, you get the option then to spawn or delete a train. Click the option to spawn and then choose what train you want. When the track is green (similar to stopping point) press triangle and then it should spawn

Ok it works, this time have tried on ECML. Here my first train spawned
