Screenshots from the TSNZ Midland Line route, show a Ja class at Springfield on a rainy night. One shot from inside the comfort of the station cafe, and another outside showing the train departing while a DJ class hauled freight sits in the loop.
Nice shots. I love the first one. But I am not sure it fits within this weeks subject ?!? Remember that Jamie wrote . . . . . This week's theme is: Rain and Storms . . . . . .
TS 2016 routes have that weather as promo, often retro-activated in old scenarios: Köln-Koblenz, Sherman Hill (Arrival of the Thunderheads is the most obvious). Check those but note that they are scripted with transitions. Also, it's quite difficult to capture, unless you have a high quality video recorder (serious streamers do) so you just pick the frame afterwards.
Thanks. I would think that lightning, especially the ones that do not go towards the earth surface, would be relatively easy to programm. But hey, let me not derail gths great thread any further :+)
I think it's time for some old school weirdness as a rusting hulk looms out of the rain to travellers on a Class 158 on the North Wales Coast (TfW) route.
Some really Stormy shots well done all. This weeks winner with this great shot on Koln is carl.headley92 , congratulations! Have a great week everyone! Next weeks contest : https://forums.dovetailgames.com/threads/tsc-screenshot-contest-november-2023-week-43.75864/
