Hi all, I pre-ordered and got TSW4 on day one, having owned all other previous versions of the game. I owned TSW3 both on disc for my PS5 console and also just the base game digitally for my other PS5. Since I downloaded TSW4 digitally, I do not have Kassel Wurzburg or Cajon Pass any more, they show as full price in store? If I load my TSW3 disc, both routes are there to use on the old game, but still show as £30 each if I use add-ons manager for TSW4. I tried restoring licenses but no joy. I'm always running the latest version of the game. I did a support ticket on dag one but never heard back. Southeastern High Speed and Spirit are present, but I bought those individually if I remember right? Thanks ,
I think if you have the disc version, you need to raise a ticket and they will send you new keys. The store doesn’t know that you own them as you never had to activate them with the disc version. Here is the link : https://dovetailgames.freshdesk.com/support/home
