Add the 3 main North American game catfish, Flatheads, Blues, and Channels.

Just a Fun Thought
I know it's kind of unrealistic, but maybe add underwater camera view of your bait, fishing being in there natural habitat, and a view of the fight. I know it would give a lot of player a nostalgic feeling like their playing a older fishing game.

 

So american cats are being worked on hopefully we see them added in soon.
