PS4 Blackpool Branches Not Appearing In Menu

Just finished downloading the route but it's not appearing in my library!?

 

Were you playing the game while downloading as background downloading has been stopped by the add on manager

 

Have you tried to restart console?

 

Nope

 

I'm trying to redownload it now but if nothing changes i’ll try this

 

Update: still not appeared. Gonna restart the ps4
