My idea following on from Blackpool dlc and the new token exchange at midge hall is for a different type of signalling such as RETB or ERTMS as tsw 4 evolution of train sim world I feel this would be fantastic way of building on the fabulous Blackpool just trains route and a natural progression

One step further I would actually like to see an animated token or staff exchange or, if we ever got something like Central or West Wales the driver actually having to disembark and use the token hut to return the inbound token and pick up one for the next section.

Defo. I was looking around the signal boxes on the Blackpool route and was wondering how much it’d take to create a signal box sim addition to part of it. If you have instructions and directions about what to signal, it could potentially work? I don’t know. But it’d be a fab thing to try for modders.

Yes it would be good to work the box at Blackpool North station.

We already have ERTMS on HS1, agreed would like to see some more eg the Cambrian line but other than this that’s the only ERTMS in the UK, token exchange again not many left Highland lines are the only ones that come to mind

It would depend on the period but pre RETB north of Inverness was electric token block as was most of the West Highland though I believe some sections were tokenless block too.
