I want short routes so i can learn the route good and i prefer to change cabs and do the vice versa route too many times than drive and drive the one way (in 1 hour for example,in Berlin-Leipzig i can do only the one way...but on a shorter route i can do and the vice versa trip)
Why would you drive every route end to end? There are plenty of scenario's that don't go the whole distance. And when using Quickdrive you're free to go where you want with the train you want.
If you've got the European/UK Assets Pack you can use Seebergbahn which is a short alpine route from the Workshop. It was originally bundled with an early edition of TS.

but he wants to reverse on a route. in other words Munich-Rosenheim and then on the same scenario Rosenheim-Munich. I would check the U-Bahn route which might accommodate that.
