I noticed this often, this is just not acceptable I don't know if some Engine.ini settings are doing this, but what is this?? the lighting doesn't know what to do apparently.
I have not experienced this. Are you using like dx12 or other mods. I only have sound mods for comparison.
DX12. some texture mods and Engine.ini changes. but otherwise nothing that should affect it. well DX12 maybe but eh.
According to the YouTuber Schnauzahpowahz it happens because of DX12 which is part of why it's not officially supported, yet.
Well if you're using dx12 for the performance improvements or whatever, then it's still worth having. It's just some flickering after all to get improvements but it is your choice
