PS4 Chinley Gala Scenario: Objective Not Trigger With Railway Workers

After complete the brake vans tour with 4F Fowler, the game told to speak to one railway worker, the task is turntable show, but there are no turntable at Chinley, speak again and only show a message that say this (photo upload) and objective not trigger, this make scenario unfinishable

 

Just solved by restart scenario and do this task for first. Please DTG JD can you remove this tread?
