Can someone kindly explain to me how to make high tone and low tone together at the same time from console?
If you mean both tones simultaneously, then it is not possible (AFAIK). I'm not even sure it'd be possible in real life?
It isn't. High and low tones are used for different purposes. They can be played one after the other, but not both together.
