Having given up playing Edinburgh-Glasgow because of the awful sounds,which is just the same sound in each notch but just louder I did a timetable run on ECML with the class 158 and every time it passed under a bridge or in a tunnel the sound in my headphones nearly deafened me,the rest of the time it was normal
That is tunnel reverb for you regarding the 158. Regarding the 385, you could have watched videos and reviews before buying it.
Yes something broke at some point with that, it was working fine early on in TSW 4, but then a patch came out and it went down the toilet.
I was considering buying it in the Steam sale, but reading the feedback it will need to be more than 25% off to persuade me.
