    It tells you a VR Wagon is missing and I notice it has a suffix 307 PL
    I wonder if that is a Reskin from elsewhere?

    Did you download this scenario from somewhere and does it have scenario requirements?

    The manual does mention that the Hbillss-y 303 comes with the loco but it does not mention a 307 version?

    Maybe raise a ticket with DTG
