Possible Bug?

Hello,
Was playing on the GWR lines on TSW4, and it was raining. Turned on wipers, which worked, but it didn't clear away the rain. I'm aware this may not be fixed (if it is a bug) due to the lines age. But there is an image of the issue below.

For clarification, the wipers move just nothing happens and remains as shown in the image.

Ok, thank you, didn't notice.

 

They broke the GWE HST wipers when made it compatible to Livery Designer somehow.

 

I've also noticed that the GWR HST numbering has reverted back to '00000' within TSW4. They eventually fixed it in TSW3, so would like to think it would be pretty easy to correct this for the latest version!

Not a game breaker, just annoying!
