While this ain't exactly a new bug, this really spoils playing some of the routes recently. Nahverkehr Dresden (DRA) is a great example of this. It's frustrating enough when you want full cloud cover, yet still get bright sunshine coming through. But, what's the most annoying is having a full snowstorm, yet the scenery was reflecting the sunlight which ruins the immersion. Hamburg-Lubeck (HBL) is another good example. I started with heavy sleet/full cloud in the evening but the sunset could still be easily seen. I enabled dynamic weather and, later during the service I was playing, the light suddenly changed unrealistically to very dark for a thunderstorm. Can DTG please look into fixing this bug - as I don't always want it to be sunny!
