I was having this idea as I was recording a voiceover with my brother during one of our Train Sim World 4 recordings Having the collectibles in the different routes is a fantastic idea and something to put a little bit of fun into the game when you are not driving the locos/units around BUT it does feel like some routes are rewarded favourably for collecting items (i.e. in the form of a trophy for Playstation and achievements for PC/XBox etc.) and was thinking that perhaps those routes that don't have a trophy should see some other reward for collecting collectibles For example, Midland Mainline doesn't have a reward for collecting colectibles so perhaps it could have had a reward in a different way so e.g. a special unlockable livery for the HST or the Pride livery for 158773 or something else like Ratcliffe power station working But that was my thoughts at the time, not sure what anyone else thinks
If you collect all the Easter Eggs in the Training Centre, they will be displayed in a bunny shaped basket in the Training Centre main reception room and if you collect all baseball cards on New York - Trenton, they will be displayed in a cabinet at Trenton station
Fantastic idea, I can see this concept working for some routes as well but for certain rewards, licensing is an issue but on the other hand, you could make Mastery rewards that do not require such licensing
