My local train station is my metro which does not have bathrooms and thus no hand dryers. Neither does the commuter line since they're just intermediate stations, not a big hub. But if you are really wondering, my closest station does have hand dryers where you move your hands in and out instead of the ones blowing from top
I remember coming across a horrific youtube channel that some train crank* made where they were demoing all the on train toilets with actual turds and filming the flush. It just popped up in the related videos titled class 450 or something like that. *There are times when the term is justified and this was one of them!
