Does The C40-8w Sub Into All Spg Services?

Just wondering if it shows up only in specific services\scenarios that come with it or if it can appear in consists in the whole timetable?

I figure its probably the latter but I just wanted to make sure.

I think the only services it cant spawn into are the yard stuff and the 2 services exclusive to the YN2 SD40-2.

 

I think it can appear in any consist, because the other locomotives will also sub into the C40-8W's services as well.
