On the german route rhein-ruhr osten specifically heading towards gevelsberg west there are german plyons smack bang in the centre of the tracks as you round the bend and this is littered with it right upto said station
This is known and has been fixed in TSW3 where a regression had brought it over in a recent update. I suspect the same fix is incoming for 4 but they're just awaiting a larger patch.
