PS5 No Csx Or Bnsf Locos

I've just installed TSW4. I've transfered my profile from TSW3. I'm not seeing any freight train locomotives, anywhere. Am I missing something or is this normal?

 

Did you reinstall the relevant DLC?

 

I think so. Do I need to reinstall TSW3?

Here is a video from trainsimulatordriver it's for Xbox but I am sure it would be about the same way for PS.
