hello, I have a problem with the AROSA line, "Mail delivery" scenario: when I took the mailbag, it is impossible for me to move. Is this a bug or is there any parameter to modify in the game configuration? Thanks for your help

Hello Francis, I have exactly the same issue on that. You can do all, moving do things, open doors and so on, but from the point take action with the mail bag where I see the distance count, then the counter jumps to 591 instead of before 1yard. This counter jumps down the map directly under the feed. So my feeling is from taking the mail bag by "x" this mail bag fall down the map under my feed. From the szenarios it is the only one at RHB Arosa which I could not finish. Please help.
What did you mean exactly with restarting? Restarting it was done more than 3-5 times without solving. Or did you mean removing and new install of the add-on? I am on PS5 playing.
I've restart scenario again and it works, if you continue to having this issue, try to reinstall the pack and reset console
Hello Dila3900 & Gianluca ! So i'm happy today, i am not alone with this problem, I was starting to get desperate when I didn't see any comments about my problem since 17/12. To answer to Dila3900, I have exactly at 100% the same problem than you. This morning, I have restarted the PS5 in safe mode, took option 6 for rebuilt the data base. After I have uninstalled the Arosa aggregate pack and after reinstalled the pack: the issue is always here, no changes !!! It's infuriating!. I think that there is a bug with this pack and with PS5. Can Dovetail games correct the bug please?
