Deleting routes was a temp fix but it ultimately didn't work for me. I deleted all my US routes and locos except Antelope Valley and MML, Blackpool and Niddertalbahn returned. Logged on the next day and they had disappeared again. :(

Getting beyond a joke now. Lost faith and rapidly losing interest with this game. You pay good money and can't access what you have paid for. I wonder how many excuses we'll get when someone finally responds.

    Good morning everyone,

we just pushed the update live that Chris was talking about in the above quote, please allow up to 24 hours for this fix to arrive on your systems.

I would like to add that this is a speculative fix since we are still unable to reproduce the issue on our end.
We currently believe that this issue is related to the order of installation and subsequent loading order of content, this fix should make the engine more resilient to this.

We understand that this is very frustrating and we are thankful for your continued patience. Please keep us updated on any changes.

    All the best,
    Jan

Why would a game built around a model of pick what you want DLC not be designed to be agnostic to the order in which said DLC was installed? Surely load order should be separated from this?

Worked for me, all routes showing and loco layers also showing up on routes too. Will test again later.

After the update all routes and add-ons are available again. Good job guys, I'm glad you understood where the problem was and found the solution.

    Hello,
Many apologies for thread revival but I have just not found any recent posts with this issue..
I have tsw4 for the ps5 and have just downloaded the dlc west Cornwall rail tour, I can use use the train itself in free roam. Route nor train not showing anywhere else in game..
Bought it from store in-game, surely not a compatibility issue??
