Hi, I'm currently missing the option to download 2 routes for TSW2, which I've bought and paid for during TSW2020: Rapid Transit and Oakville Subdivision. When I try to click on these routes I'm asked to buy them. How do I go about solving this? I'm not going to pay again...
If you bought them from the Playstation Store they should be available as "Free" to claim in subsequent versions of TSW. They won't automatically install until you claim them in the new version. If you bought it from another store the DLC licences don't transfer between Xbox <-> PC <-> PS. If you're sure you bought them previously through Playstation, including on a disc, make a ticket with Dovetail Support and include your receipt for those routes if you can find it.
Thanks for the reply! Everything is on PS. I bought pretty much all available routes on tsw2020 except for one. Most have carried over to TSW2 but Rapid Transit and Oakville Subdivision are prompting me to make another purchase. Will open a ticket, thank you!
