Hi, how can I get the class 37 to move while connected to class 700. Evertime I try it's like there's a handbrake on the 700. I've tried turning of the battery and so many other stuff. (On/off) but no use. The 37 keeps wheels limping because 700 wont move. Please help

I don't know how to get the brakes to release completely, but by turning the battery off on the 700 and using 2 class 37's, I have been able to get it up to about 34km/h. One class 37 on its own probably isn't enough to get it moving.

To be hauled by another loco, the 700 needs to be set into that mode via the display button. While the button is there, the function is not implemented. So you can drag it along using enough loco power to overcome the brakes, but what's the point?

It's unlikely they will implement a function to have the 700's brakes be controlled by a loco, so for me it just means forget about it.
