PS5 Tsw4 Gwr Class 43 Wipers Not Working

My GWR Class 43 Wipers don't want to work while in rain or snow? The Wipers are running but nothing is being wiped. I've tried de-ice in the snow and have tried different trains on the GWR route and they seem to be fine, it's just my Class 43 that doesn't work.

 

Confirmed, wipers not working on the class 43. They moved but nothing is being wiped.

 

Confirmed issue on pc

 

It’s a well know issue, no news on potential fix
