When I subscribe to liveries and try to spawn them in a free roam session, they either wont show or will only load the livery on some cars of the train. Another thing is that when I go to the creators club website to view what I have subscribed to it only show me nine items and doesn't allow me to switch pages to view the rest of my downloaded. Any advice on how to fix this.

Sorry for not responding, ever since I first noticed it, it hasn't stopped. Each time I load up the game either less liveries or different liveries i have subscribed to will show.
It’s okay and I’ll have to be quick,,,as you say your on PC so my knowledge of that is not great. But aside from that it could be an error from the upload user. I say this as myself have one or two with one file for two liveries. By that I used one unit on editing uploaded. So A for A. But then to save space and didn’t realise this but I then made a second B livery from Unit A. So on CC you’ll have one file (Unit) A with livery A and B that will conflict with each other. So if you down load one livery you seen so sub,,but what you get may be a different livery. Don’t get me wrong there are plenty of CC creators that know what’s what,,but they may be the odd one that not sure about the game and how it works behind the scenes. Take say missing decals. TSW2 and TSW3 files on console anyway not sure for PC but must have been the same due the DTG servers. But I’ve seen loads say update for files even myself forgot that any updates or changes would not take place. Only now with TSW4 do they hopefully update over old files. Yet and just quickly with TSW4 you have to close the game down for any changes to an edit to take effect. So if I chance a colour in editor and go check in game those changes are not there. I have to close the game down and then go directly to game (track) and then those changes have then taken place. A timely process. So again it could be that as the game has little hiccups like these mentioned. By no way I am saying this is the root cause as I’m not on PC so I do hope someone can help or you get the assistance needed. I don’t want to waste your or anyone’s time pretending I know about PC stuff. Just for my own peace of mind you haven’t downloaded or sub to a TSLP livery as I make those liveries and so know if there’s a fault with them and if that’s what the issue are. I am aware and need to fix. But I have a few and so take time. So just seeing by chance one could be mine and if so I can at least clear that one up for you. Either way I hope you get shorted and if I can help with anything else just give us a shout. Cheers.
Oh and another thing is when TSW4 game out certain liveries was not working with older DLCs. If I download a file from CC of my own work then when opened in TSW4 the livery was missing decals etc. If a user has uploaded a file whilst unaware of this that will have an impact. I know DTG did an update but as a test I uploaded a livery using a 1000 decals on a SMH SD70 ACe. That livery didn’t not take and even today as an old file done on TSW4 during the layer fault in game. It is still like that now. So they don’t automatically update if a livery was done like that during the early TSW4 release. For it to be fixed that down to the creator of livery. So I have the complete livery now it shows complete in game with a 1000 decals the file is not at fault I just need to update this file over the old corrupt file with the missing decals. After DTG core update all is well and now it’s down to me to correct any errors. Hope that helps shine some light on a few possible issues. Bye for now.
Sorry I didn't quite understand a lot of what you said. I just go to the creators club and subscribe to liveries I think look cool, I don't know anything about how the files do their thing or how to make liveries. The issue of liveries not appearing when I try to spawn them occurs with every train, but as far as I know the EMT 43 is the only one to have some liveries load but with missing cars.
Well in that case I’d better not try expanding on something which seem confusing already as I know I’ll only confuse the situation more. With the Class 43 I know some show some don’t as I found a few as I had the GWE class 43 before MML came out I could edit it but not find it easy to place on track IE GWR. Only know with owning MML DLC can I do stuff,,,but still finding out myself as today will be my first Class 253 or Class 43. Again I’m not expert but I’m thinking it needs a patch not sure because at the mo you cant edit the end PC. Power Car. Maybe some of the issues you mention are things I’ve not found out myself yet but all seems to be well on what I’ve made so far. So again could be users uploading that are the problem not the game it self. Or I’d be having issues but again am on console so when it comes to PC’s it could be anything.
