Brakes seem stuck on start-up even the valve is set "Cut-in" position. The loco is rideable in TSW 3 but unfortunately not in TSW 4 still cos' of that issue.

    1. Make sure MU-2A valve is set to "Lead or Dead"
    2. Apply Independent brake
    3. Release Autobrake
    4. WAIT for the Equalizing Reservoir to reach 110 psi
    5. only then CUT IN the autobrake

Else you'll trip the PCS and go into emergency on this one.

    PCS recovery as usual:
Reverser neutral, Autobrake in Emergency, wait one minute, release brake.

"Equalizing Reservoir" is already in 110 Psi at the start and MU-2A valve is also already in "Lead or Dead" position. Strange, but your tip seems work though so thanks for it :)
