I wouldn’t say it breaks the game, that would be going way too far, it is quite predictable at times but when it isn’t predictable I think it works quite well.
I usually just set weather on custom ..if i want clear skies somtimes to make light less bright i choose cloud level and make it more cloudy ..same if want precipitation somtimes on dynamic weather the rain is like torrential makes a flood look effect so if i want lighter rain i set it lower with the bar in custom
Thank God for God Mode- if I don't like the weather, I change it. But, yes, the algorithm needs to be reviewd and overhauled, because as it is it's biased towards the weather ever worsening.
