Xbox Series X East Coastway Crashing Every Time Possibly Because Of Engineering Express Pack.

    Haven't played East Coastway in a while, so can't be 100% certain it's due to a problem caused by having the latest Engineering Express pack installed, but I'm now getting a crash to home screen when trying to run anything on East Coastway. Scenarios and timetable services both affected.

    That's why I uninstalled it until it hopefully gets fixed

    Could I ask affected players to make sure they have submitted a support ticket, please?

    Useful details would include:
    • A list of installed add-ons
    • Reproduction steps
    • Exact console model
    • Using Internal/External storage

    I have all dlcs installed,
    I use the Xbox Series X console
    I installed Train Sim World 4 on my Seagate Expansion Card

    I don't submit support tickets any longer, but I can put the details here:

    All DLCs installed.
    Reproduce by starting any East Coastway run.
    Xbox Series S
    Internal storage. (Expansion card is present, but not used for TSW).

    just as an update on this, we have a patch scheduled for release tomorrow morning.
    As always, please allow up to 24 hours for the patch to arrive on your systems.

    Once the patch has been installed, can I please ask that you report back if the issue was solved?
